Order Review and Reporting Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items immediately before use. If you find any errors or issues, report them to us promptly for investigation.
Returns Authorization
Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a returns authorization number. Returns without this number may be subject to delays.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items, including beauty bags, boxes, advent calendars, and special edition boxes, are non-returnable once delivered due to potential unsealing of their contents for presentation.

Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you or a designated third party receives the goods. To cancel, notify us with a clear statement of your decision (e.g., via your account options or a written letter). While not required, you may use our provided cancellation form template.
Ensure that returned items are unopened, in their original packaging, and in pristine condition with seals intact.
Effects of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs for non-standard delivery options), without delay. Please note that we may reduce your refund if the goods have diminished in value due to unnecessary handling.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, proof of return, or, if no goods were supplied, from the date we are informed of your decision to cancel. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon, without any additional fees. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns Process
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened. To start a return, please contact our customer service team via your account.
We will refund postage costs for returns due to our error, such as incorrect or faulty items. For unwanted items, you will need to cover the return postage, and we recommend using insured delivery. We will not refund postage for returns of items that are found to be undamaged upon inspection.
Receiving Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately through your account. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and may request photos to assist with our investigation.
Faulty Products
For faulty items, report the issue via your account, providing details of the fault and photos if possible.
Arranging a Return
To arrange a return, contact our customer service team, providing your order number, item, and reason for the return. Package the item securely with the returns form inside and retain a proof of postage receipt. Items remain your responsibility until received by our warehouse.
